We invite you to take some time for you to be still and connect with the Spirit.
Be guided by our Rise team to settle into stillness and rest.

This Sunday Selah will be lead by Tania Vrancic as you create with clay.

This is a mindfulness practise. Learning to be fully present in the moment but focussing on the tactility of clay and the act of making. You will enjoy a peaceful experience where your hands will be busy creating a clay piece, a pinch pot or a plate, allowing your mind to become quiet and calm.

There will be time for silence, and for chatter, and a time for sharing stories. All craft levels welcome.
