Once your online order has been received it will be shipped to you within 1-5 working days.
I will email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
When placing an order please include your mobile number in notes, it can be the easiest and quickest way to clarify things if needed.
Flat rate $11.95 (please note there may be a remote area surcharge)
Jewellery, ornaments and vessels may be shipped in the same parcel.
You may choose to pick up your order should you be in the Canberra area. Please make this request in the notes area of your order and we can arrange a mutually suitable time for pick up. I will refund your shipping costs and look forward to meeting you.
I am happy to ship internationally and can provide you with a quote on a case by case basis. Please note I am not responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply to international orders.
If you think your parcel is taking longer than you expected, please contact me.
Should the parcel be returned to me, unable to be delivered, then I can either reship it at your expense or refund you the amount of the order minus shipping.
Due to the fragile nature of porcelain, I pack the vessels and jewellery in boxes much larger than the items themselves, so chances of damage are very low. Should your items arrive damaged due to shipping please take photos of the box as well as the damaged item and contact me immediately. I am happy to replace the item with a similar one or other items of your choice to the same value, if you contact me as soon as you receive the item and provide me with photos. If nothing similar is available, I will give you a full refund.
All sales are final. I do not refund for change of mind. Having said that I understand buying online it is not the same as seeing an item in real life, especially an artwork. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase I am happy to arrange an exchange with in 7 days of receipt provided the item is in its original, undamaged condition. Shipping costs will be on a case by case basis.
However, if the items you receive are faulty in any way please contact me within 14 days and I will assess each case on its own merits. It is my intention to build a friendly reputable business and I am happy to work with you towards a resolution. In the case of a genuinely faulty item I will happily offer a refund or an exchange to the same value. Please note that due to the handmade nature of my artworks certain irregularities are not considered as faults. As all my items are handmade it is not possible to give an exact replacement of an item.
