SHIPPING CUT OFF DATES


Remember I am happy to gift wrap your gifts purchased online and ship them directly to the gift recipient with a gift card. There is no extra charge for this, it is my delight to send gifts.

These are the Aust Post cut off dates for Christmas deliveries though I would recommend sending Christmas gifts ASAP just incase of random delays.

Within Australia (except WA & NT) 18th Dec

WA 15th Dec and NT 14th Dec

Please remember I will need a day or two to package your purchase and take it to the post office too. Contact me for details if you would like Express Post.

The Local Pick Up option is available until Wednesday 20th Dec, My studio for pick up is in Red Hill ACT.

CHRITSMAS CLOSURE DATES

I will be taking a break from 21st December until 21 January 2024, NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME and I will most likely take a break from social media as well to enjoy a well earned break.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up of your order is available in the ACT. Please choose Local Pick Up at the checkout and I will be in touch with you to organise a time once your order has been fulfilled.

SHIPPING

Australia Post have advise parcels should be ahipped by 13th December for the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas, earlier if you are in the NT or WA and if you have any concerns please contact me.

Once your online order has been received it will be shipped to you within 1-5 working days. Please note there may be delays due to Covid restrictions and border closures.

I will email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

When placing an order please include your mobile number in notes, it can be the easiest and quickest way to clarify things if needed.

You can choose to have your order sent directly to a gift recipient, just put their name and address in the shipping address of your purchase. 


WITHIN AUSTRALIA

 Flat rate $9.95

Jewellery, ornaments and vessels may be shipped in the same parcel.

You may choose to pick up your order should you be in the Canberra area. Please make this request in the notes area of your order and we can arrange a mutually suitable time for pick up.  I will refund your shipping costs and look forward to meeting you.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Many overseas countries are experiencing delays with Covid19 but if you email me I am happy to look into your specific situation and give you a quote and estimated shipping time. Email tania.vrancic2@bigpond.com.

I am happy to ship internationally and can provide you with a quote on a case by case basis.  Please note I am not responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply to international orders.

 

DELAYED DELIVERIES

If you think your parcel is taking longer than you expected, please contact me.  

 

FAILED DELIVERIES

Should the parcel be returned to me, unable to be delivered, then I can either reship it at your expense or refund you the amount of the order minus shipping.

  

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

Due to the fragile nature of porcelain, I pack the vessels and jewellery in boxes much larger than the items themselves, so chances of damage are very low.  Should your items arrive damaged due to shipping please take photos of the box as well as the damaged item and contact me immediately.  I am happy to replace the item with a similar one or other items of your choice to the same value, if you contact me as soon as you receive the item and provide me with photos.  If nothing similar is available, I will give you a full refund.


RETURNS

All sales are final. I do not refund for change of mind.  Having said that I understand buying online it is not the same as seeing an item in real life, especially an artwork.  Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase I am happy to arrange an exchange with in 7 days of receipt provided the item is in its original, undamaged condition.  Shipping costs will be on a case by case basis.

 However, if the items you receive are faulty in any way please contact me within 14 days and I will assess each case on its own merits.  It is my intention to build a friendly reputable business and I am happy to work with you towards a resolution. In the case of a genuinely faulty item I will happily offer a refund or an exchange to the same value. Please note that due to the handmade nature of my artworks certain irregularities are not considered as faults.  As all my items are handmade it is not possible to give an exact replacement of an item.
